United Homes was founded by Rosy Sparks,

a dedicated real estate professional with more than 6+ years of experience and over 300 successful real estate transactions, along with over twenty years in the construction industry. Growing up in a family business, her father owned an HVAC and electrical company, Rosy learned the value of hard work, integrity, and helping others from an early age. As a single mother of three, Rosy’s love for real estate and her determination to build a better future for her family inspired her to create opportunities for others to do the same. After years of helping clients buy and sell homes, she saw the growing need for affordable housing in her community. Driven by her desire to make a difference in people’s lives, Rosy began working toward her dream in 2024 , and by January 2025, she officially opened United Homes, a manufactured home dealership dedicated to making quality housing more accessible for families and individuals. United Homes quickly experienced tremendous growth.
